If you happen to have failure in installing .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.5 feature on Windows Server 2012, and you dont have a connection to the Internet, you can install it locally using the Windows Server 2012 Installation Disk: Insert Windows Server 2012 DVD or mount the iso as D drive.
